Product Overview
Valve clearance often moves while the locknut is tightened, turning a simple feeler-gauge job into repeated trial and error. This two-part tool holds the adjuster steady through the center while the outer wrench tightens the nut.
It is not for shim-under-bucket, hydraulic-lifter, desmodromic, or other non-screw adjuster systems. Exact locknut and adjuster-tip sizes must match and the engine must be positioned and cooled as its manual requires.
Remove the valve cover and identify the adjuster before ordering. Compare clearance around the rocker, included socket sizes, square or slotted drivers, and the machine specification.
