Product Overview
A pedal-start cart that clicks without cranking, starts only sometimes, or shows a large voltage drop across the solenoid may have worn contacts. The battery, key and pedal switches, cables, grounds, starter-generator, and engine must also be checked.
The solenoid carries the starter-generator current when the pedal and key circuit commands it. It is not the forward/reverse switch or voltage regulator.
Match gas powertrain, model year, four-terminal layout, coil voltage, mounting bracket, and original number. Electric TXT carts use a different drive contactor system.
