This is the 12-volt traction-lock solenoid in the Bobcat drive train. It releases the traction lock when the machine's safety/control system allows travel; it is not an engine fuel solenoid.
If the engine runs but the loader remains locked and will not drive, the traction-lock circuit is one area to inspect. Bobcat replaced 6681512 with 7136559; verify your machine serial number.
Before replacing it, confirm the correct supply voltage and make sure the linkage or valve it operates moves freely. Wiring and mechanical problems can create the same symptoms.
