Product Overview
Coolant leaking from the pump weep hole, bearing growl, pulley wobble, or overheating with poor circulation can indicate water-pump failure. Belts, radiator airflow, thermostat, cap, hoses, fan, coolant level, and head-gasket condition should be checked too.
The belt-driven pump circulates coolant through the engine and radiator. It cannot correct a plugged radiator or trapped air, and a misaligned belt can quickly damage the new bearing.
Match the engine model and serial number, pump casting, hub and pulley offset, bolt pattern, hose connections, gasket, and original references. Several Deere engines use similar-looking pumps.
