Product Overview
A shop ram that creeps down, leaves hydraulic oil on the bench, or will not hold rated load may have hardened or cut seals after the rod, bore, pump, hose, and couplers are checked. This kit renews the internal sealing parts in compatible single-acting 10-ton cylinders.
Seals cannot repair a scored rod, rusted bore, bent plunger, cracked cylinder, leaking coupler, or weak pump. Model numbers that look similar can still use different seal dimensions.
Read the cylinder model stamped on the ram and compare every seal, backup ring, and wiper with 4105/420576. Never work beneath a load supported only by hydraulic pressure.
