- Ford E-Series 7.3L applications with matching IPR and ICP
Product Overview
Long cranking, hot no-starts, surging, stalling, or unstable injection-control pressure can involve the valve that controls high-pressure oil, the sensor that reports it, or the wiring at either connector. This kit services both ends of that feedback loop after scan data and leak testing point there.
The IPR and ICP are different parts and must not be confused. A weak HPOP, low oil, injector O-rings, high-pressure leaks, wiring, or PCM inputs can create the same symptoms. Verify the sensor thread and connector because early and late 7.3L engines differ.

Compatibility Notice
Northline Parts does its best to list all known compatible models. The correct part may fit an application that is not shown above. Model year, production date, serial number, engine or equipment specification, installed options, and previous repairs can change fitment. Match the original part, reference number, dimensions, connectors, mounting points, and product photos before purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are the IPR and ICP the same thing? A: No. The IPR regulates high-pressure oil; the ICP sensor reports that pressure to the PCM.
Q: Will replacing both fix every hot no-start? A: No. Internal leaks, low oil, injector seals, HPOP wear, wiring, and low cranking speed must also be checked.
Q: Why does build date matter? A: Ford changed sensor location and connector details during 7.3L production.
Q: Is this an original-equipment part? A: No. This is a new aftermarket product. Brand names and part numbers are used only to identify compatible applications.
