Product Overview
Gear oil running down the inside of a front wheel or collecting around the axle case can indicate a failed seal. Mud, wrapped material, a shaft groove, loose bearings, or a damaged final-drive housing can cause the leak and must be corrected so it does not return.
The seal keeps axle lubricant inside the rotating final-drive joint. It does not repair bearing play, worn shafts, or excessive internal pressure.
