Product Overview
A mower or generator that runs briefly on prime, loses fuel under load, needs long cranking after sitting, or leaks from the pump may have a weak diaphragm. A blocked tank vent, cracked pulse line, stale fuel, clogged filter, carburetor needle, or low crankcase pulse can cause the same symptoms.
The pulse-operated pump uses changing crankcase pressure to draw fuel from the tank and supply the carburetor at low pressure. It is not an electric pump and cannot clean varnish from a carburetor.
Match the original number, pulse port, inlet and outlet direction, mounting pattern, hose size, engine model and specification number, and product photos. Route fuel away from heat and moving parts.
