Product Overview
A go-kart that shudders, stays engaged at idle, slips despite a good belt, or shows a cracked or grooved driver face may need a new drive pulley. Belt width and orientation, engine idle, alignment, driven pulley, and jackshaft condition must be checked with it.
The engine-mounted driver changes effective pulley diameter as RPM rises and works only as part of a compatible asymmetrical 30 Series system. It is not the rear driven pulley and does not include a belt unless shown.
Measure the crankshaft for a straight 3/4-inch bore and 3/16-inch keyway. Confirm asymmetrical 30 Series belt, crankshaft length, bolt thread, pulley alignment, engine output, and clearance.
