Product Overview
If the dash loses power, the preheat position no longer works, or the starter will not respond unless the key is moved just right, the contacts inside the switch may be worn. Check the battery, fuses, neutral switch, starter relay, glow-plug circuit, and harness before ordering.
The switch routes keyed power through OFF, RUN, preheat, and START functions on the matching five-terminal circuit. A switch that looks similar but uses a different terminal pattern can create a no-start or damage wiring.
Match the original reference, five-terminal arrangement and letters, mounting dimensions, connector or individual wire positions, key functions, model, and serial number. Do not select only by tractor brand.
