Product Overview
These textured plastic handles become brittle with age and UV exposure, and the pull lever can crack even when the latch inside the door is still working normally. If the handle lifts without opening the door, feels loose, or has broken away from the bezel, the exterior handle itself may be the problem.
The GMT800 handle design is shared across many GM trucks and SUVs, but 2007 Silverado/Sierra fitment applies to the Classic old-body style. Front and rear handles are different, and the driver side may include a key-hole provision.
