Product Overview
A lift that loses drive or steer commands only when the platform moves can have broken conductors inside the coiled control cable. Visible jacket cracks, stretched coils, intermittent emergency-stop power, or repeated faults at one platform height are reasons to continuity-test the cord.
The cord carries platform-control signals between the upper controls and machine harness. It does not repair a bad joystick, control board, connector, limit switch, or ground fault.
