Product Overview
Long cold cranking, no preheat indicator, glow plugs that never receive power, or plugs that stay on too long may point to the controller after battery voltage, temperature inputs, plugs, bus bar, and wiring are checked. A module cannot fix low compression or poor fuel delivery.
The controller times and switches current to the diesel glow-plug circuit on the matching machine. It is not the individual glow plugs and should not be bypassed with an unsafe manual connection.
