Compatible Models
We do our best to list all compatible models. Although this may be the part you need, your exact model may not appear below.
- EFI systems with a configurable 0.5-4.5V pressure input
- Data loggers using a 5V reference sensor
- Digital dashboards supporting a 100 PSI calibration
- Low-pressure fuel, engine-oil, or coolant-pressure monitoring setups
Product Overview
This sensor is useful when an ECU, gauge, or logger needs a clean pressure signal instead of a simple warning switch. Common jobs include watching oil pressure on track, logging low-pressure fuel supply, or monitoring coolant pressure during diagnosis.
It is a 100 PSI sensor, not a common-rail fuel sensor. The controller must be set to the correct 0.5-4.5V calibration or the displayed pressure will be wrong.
This is an aftermarket replacement part and is not manufactured or supplied by the original equipment brand.
Key Features & Performance
- 0-100 PSI pressure range
- 0.5-4.5V analog output for compatible controllers
- 1/8-inch NPT process connection
- Suitable for EFI systems, dashboards, and data loggers that support the calibration
Replaces Part Numbers
- 7990100
Common Uses
- Logging engine-oil pressure
- Monitoring low-pressure fuel supply
- Adding coolant-pressure data
- Replacing a failed matching EFI pressure transducer
Technical Specifications
- Product Type: Electronic pressure sensor
- Pressure Range: 0-100 PSI
- Signal Output: 0.5-4.5V
- Supply: 5V reference
- Thread: 1/8-inch NPT
- Connector Style: GT150 / Packard-type, as supplied
Installation & Fitment
- Confirm the fluid is compatible with the sensor
- Never install it on high-pressure direct-injection or common-rail fuel lines
- Use thread sealant sparingly and keep it out of the pressure port
- Wire 5V reference, sensor ground, and signal correctly
- Enter the exact calibration in the ECU, gauge, or logger and verify against a known gauge
Compatibility Notice
Northline Parts does its best to list all known compatible models, but the correct part may fit an application not shown. Model names alone may not guarantee fitment. Compare the original component, reference number, connector or mounting design, dimensions, and any serial-number or production-date break before purchase.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I use it on diesel common-rail pressure? A: No. Common-rail systems operate far above this sensor’s 100 PSI range.
Q: Why does my display read incorrectly? A: The controller may have the wrong voltage-to-pressure calibration or wiring.
Q: Is it a warning-light switch? A: No. It provides a variable analog signal for a compatible gauge, ECU, or logger.
