Product Overview
An engine that cranks but receives no fuel, starts only while the stop lever is held, or refuses to shut down can have a sticking or electrically failed stop solenoid. Low battery voltage, a bad relay, broken linkage, corroded connector, or injection-pump problem can feel the same.
The solenoid moves the injection-pump stop control between run and shutdown positions when commanded by the machine. It does not generate fuel pressure and will not correct stale fuel, clogged filters, air leaks, or a seized pump rack.
Match the engine and host machine, 12-volt rating, connector, wire count, plunger length, mounting holes, linkage direction, and original number. Kubota used several visually similar shutdown solenoids across these engines.
