Product Overview
Hard starting, a sharp diesel knock, white smoke, rough idle, or one cold cylinder can lead to injector testing. Air in the fuel, low compression, valve adjustment, glow plugs, contamination, and injection-pump problems can create the same symptoms, so diagnosis should come first.
The injector meters and atomizes fuel into the cylinder at high pressure. Cleanliness and the correct nozzle and opening specification are critical; this is not a universal injector for every engine used in an RTV.
