Product Overview
An oil-free compressor that runs but fills slowly, cannot reach cutoff pressure, or leaks air past the piston may have a worn coated ring and scored sleeve after the reed valves, head gasket, and external leaks are checked. This kit renews the sealing surface in the pump cylinder.
It is not a connecting rod, valve plate, motor, or complete pump. A damaged rod, warped head, broken reed, or overheated crankcase must be repaired separately.
Use the full compressor model number from the data plate—not tank size or horsepower alone—and match K-0650, sleeve diameter, ring style, and included seals.
