Product Overview
Rusted, stretched, missing, or heat-weakened springs can let an exhaust joint rattle, separate, or leak. A cracked pipe, broken mounting tab, worn ball joint, missing gasket, or misaligned muffler must be repaired before new springs are installed.
The tension springs hold compatible slip-joint exhaust sections together while allowing normal heat movement. They do not seal a damaged joint by themselves and must match length, hook style, and tension.
