Product Overview
This two-pin solenoid moves the engine's fuel-stop mechanism for normal starting and shutdown. A failed pull/hold circuit can cause a crank-no-start or an engine that dies as soon as the key is released.
Match 1A021-60015 and compare the connector, bracket and plunger travel. Nearby 60016/60017 numbers may be related replacements but should still be checked against the original.
Before replacing it, confirm the correct supply voltage and make sure the linkage or valve it operates moves freely. Wiring and mechanical problems can create the same symptoms.
