Product Overview
When a Deutz-powered machine cranks but receives no fuel command, starts only while the solenoid is manually held, or will not shut off, the valve may be sticking or electrically open. Connector power, ground, controller output, brake interlock, and pump condition must be checked.
The threaded solenoid controls fuel shutoff inside the matching Deutz injection system. Early and late engines can use different solenoid versions, and a 24-volt look-alike should never be installed on a 12-volt circuit.
Match 0410-3812 or 0410-3808, 12-volt marking, threaded body, needle or plunger, connector, engine family, build date, and host-machine wiring. A 2011 engine may require the later 0410-3812 configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are 0410-3808 and 0410-3812 always interchangeable? A: They are commonly cross-referenced, but engine build, voltage, connector, and needle design must be checked.
Q: Can a 24-volt solenoid be used on 12 volts? A: No. Match the equipment electrical system and the voltage marked on the original.
Q: Why will the engine not shut down after replacement? A: Check valve movement, sealing, wiring command, and the injection-pump shutoff mechanism.
Q: Is this an original-equipment part? A: No. This is a new aftermarket product. Brand names and part numbers are used only to identify compatible applications.
